2006 Liver chestnut 17hh

Stud Fee £800 + V.A.T. Chilled Semen

This tall, elegant son of Dimaggio has a beautiful head and neck and is strikingly uphill with outstanding paces for international dressage. So like his sire to ride, his 1st crop of foals were born 2016. We have been thrilled with the quality and temperment of our foals by Diaggio and can't wait to see them produced under saddle.

Winning at PSG and ready to compete at Grand Prix. He has good trainability, is very kind and willing and a pleasure to handle and ride. Diaggio stamps his foals with his beautiful features and dynamic paces.

His dam sire, Florestan, was champion at the 1988 Rhinelander Stallion Licensing and won the Stallion Performance Test in Warendorf the following year with 129,02 points. He sired 88 approved sons and more than 2000 offspring are registered as sport horses. Many of them are World Young Horse Champions, Bundeschampions as well as Grand Prix horses: e.g. French Kiss, Fazzino, Florencio, Fidermark, Furst Fabio, Ferrara, Torricelli, etc.

Akzent II was prized for carrying on the ‘type’ of the Trakehner Absatz: a noble head and appealing face, ideal neck and saddle position and a good shoulder, combined with soft-to-the-ground way of going. His dam was by the Thoroughbred, Waidmannsdank, who was one of the most influential Thoroughbreds of the post-war period in Hanover. Akzent II was regarded as one of the best producers of rideability in his day and is the dam's sire De Niro.
